Eye Makeup MUST HAVE Brushes!

Hi Guys,

Yes...it's been a while :)

And as promised, here are my eye makeup MUST HAVE brushes. And to make everything easy (because I suck at describing)...let's have this picture for reference, thanks to Mr. Google (www.fahv.com)

Aside form lip color, eye makeup also makes a significant twist on your look. I really am enjoying different eye looks at the moment, just all those experimenting and blending excites me. And for those who love eye shadows, be it a single shadow or a palette, this might be helpful.

So yeah, without further chitchat, let's begin!

I don't really know what this is called but I consider this a base shadow brush, used to set the base eye shadow all over your lid. I use this to set my primer or concealer in the lid just so blending would be easy. Got this from Fashion 21, anything this shape does the job.

The Real Techniques Base shadow brush, but for me, it's the perfect blending brush. Its is tapered (has a dome shape tip), perfect for blending your crease shadow or blending in your outer v.

Next essential brush is something like this one from BH Cosmetics, it's the #119 brush. This is actually a face brush (detail brush) but I use it for my eye makeup haha. It's a paddle-like brush that gets on your crease and outer v so perfectly. Best for packing and blending eyeshadow.

I like to call this one my detail eye shadow brush. Its shape and point makes it perfect to apply "details" or colors that requires precise application. I use this on my lid and outer v. Glitters and shimmers are perfectly applied through this baby. By the way, this is the BH Cosmetics' #118

BH Cosmetics #122, it's a round brush. It's just a plain round eye tool. I think this is my "go-to" eye brush. I can blend, apply and detail using this brush alone. If I don't have the time and space whenever I travel, this alone? I'll live.

For your lower lash line? This is the one to call. The size is perfect for smudging and packing any lower lash eyes shadows. Well, mood mood din naman ang pag gamit ko nito :). Most of the time I don't feel like applying anything on my lower lash line.

That's basically it Guys! :) Hope you find this helpful, don't be afraid to play with eye makeup. It can be overwhelming, I know, but I believe that practice makes perfect.

Always remember....BE BEAUTIFUL, BE YOU!

Raisa
